No Cost Building Materials

ASWD’s mission has always been to provide low cost building material for low and middle income home owners. As of the fall of 2024, ASWD has expanded that mission to provide NO COST building materials to individuals and families living in Detroit that are near the poverty line. Our goal is to empower Detroit residents to make their homes safer and healthier by granting lumber, lighting, appliances, doors, windows, and other building supplies.
